This beautiful natural elbow was made in 1994 out of a Red Gum elbow. The natural shape matches that of the competition hooks made by Bunny Read. Red Gum is now protected and the trees can no longer be cut down and used to make wood products. This hook is flawless and the grain is striking. The finish is smooth and high gloss. The hook is signed and marked as 1994 Australian Champion. This is one of the best natural elbows in my personal collection.

Rob makes custom boomerangs and decorates them with hot poker art. He also makes his own competition equipment. He is a collector of Aboriginal artifacts. Rob also owns a small museum in Australia where his collection is displayed.
