Thomas Hartmann was one of Germany's most famous boomerang manufacturers in the 1980s. His terrific competition and collectable boomerangs were in high demand at the time of his unfortunate early death. Few of Thomas' boomerangs are ever offered for sale. Collectors snap them up and keep them. The few that I have sold in my auction have sold for very good prices.

This Hartmann "Omega V" is a copy of the popular Boomerang Fever from the same period. Made out of 10 Aircraft Grade Birch plywood and painted with multi-colored stripes and a high gloss finish. This boomerang was given to Brother Brian Thomas in 1986. The underside has the following printed on it: "All the best for 1986! Tom ; Omega V ; USA design, built by Thomas Hartmann, West Germany". Excellent condition.
