This bull roarer was made in the 1950s out of Mulga hardwood by Australian Aborigines. I acquired it from the Ambrose Antiquity Shop in Cleveland in 1988.The bull Roarer has two bands of white paint and a small hole for a leather cord. Not a high value artifact, but not expensive either. There is minor flaking of the paint in spots, but no damage to the wood. Good technology in this one. |
