This beautiful hunting boomerang ( throwstick ) was made out of an Ash natural elbows in 2020. A lead weight was added to both blade tips. The dingle arm also has a second drill hole that was filled in with a dowel rod or wood putty. A great flyer with a flight range of 100+ metres. New condition. A wonderful collectible.
Bob Foresi is a Land Surveyor from Massachusetts who previously served as the editor of the USBA newsletter - Many Happy Returns. Bob has been making and throwing boomerang for more than 30 years. His strip laminated throwsticks were superb for using in throwstick competitions and they were like Gerhards hooks in feel and construction. Bob occasionally makes natural elbows and plywood sport boomerangs. |
