This beautiful hunting boomerang ( throwstick ) was made out of strips of dark Walnut. There is a lead weight in both tips. Nice airfoiling and a good flyer with a flight range of 110 - 130 metres. Although this one is specified as right handed, it will probably work as left handed, but the flight range may be different. Made in 2013. New condition. A terrific collectible.
Bob Foresi is a Land Surveyor from Massachusetts who is currently serving as the editor of the USBA newsletter - Many Happy Returns. Bob has been making and throwing boomerang for more than 30 years. His strip laminated throwsticks were superb for using in throwstick competitions and they were like Gerhards hooks in feel and construction. Bob occasionally makes natural elbows and plywood sport boomerangs. |
