The Gradus MTA is the second generation of composite MTAs made by Georgi. It was constructed in 2001 and the design closely resembles the MTA designs favored by European competitors. It is much lighter than the first compositie design and it has the forward swept lift arm which is also cambered. The leading edge of the lift arm has a tape turbulator to disrupt vortices and there are several tape turbulators on the underside. I test threw this MTA about a dozen times in calm weather and achieved several stable flights of 30+ seconds. I think it will fly much longer in ideal conditions. Georgi made 6 or 7 different composite MTA models and this one is generation 2. A great collectible in like-new condition.

Specifications: Right Handed ; Tip-to-tip Span = 34 cm ; Weight = 15 gm
