Jens Behrmann is a boomerang thrower who lived in Kiel, West Germany in the 1980s. He made marvelous boomerangs and he corresponded with boomerang manufacturers from all over the world, including myself. He was a good friend of Brother Brian Thomas and he used to swap boomerangs with Brian often. I have not heard from Jens since the early 1990s, so I am not sure if he is still an active thrower.

This miniature hook boomerang was made out of 3 mm 6 ply Birch plywood and decorated on the upper surface with colored geometric line art. It looks just like an original Herb Smith miniature Sussex Hook. The underside of the lift arm has " To Br. Brian Thomas with Best Wishes" and it is signed Jens and dated 1/4/85. The underside of the dingle arm has " Handcrafted by Jens Behrmann, Kiel, W. Germany, Jan. 1985 " neatly printed in ink. This boomerang was originally sold as part of Brian Thomas' estate. This boomerang is in mint condition.
